1st round on phone with HR. She was very friendly and arranged another phone round with director. I cleared that round and they called me for the onsite interviews. There were 5 1:1 interviews consisting of resume walk through, technical stuff present on your resume, stress interview, business analysis and business development based interview and HR interview. They got back to me saying they they have selected internal candidate which was really sad. Most of the reviews above state the same thing...that they hire internal candidates more.

Went too deep in technical skill sets even when not required for the position
The process was not bad, but they take a lot of time to respond. to the mails and give the decision. I had to follow up with them a lot of times to get a response.

Entretien
The process consists of Aptitude which consists of 10 general easy aptitude question, 10 Algorithms based and 10 questions on SQL. 30 questions for one hour. We were asked to wait for an hour for the aptitude and after aptitude we waited for another hour for the results.

Entretien
It's already been more than 2 weeks since I was interviewed for the role of Associate Business Analyst at Fidelity Business Services (Gurgaon). I haven't heard anything from them since then nor from the consulting company (New Star Consulting) who submitted my profile to them.
The interview was pretty easy and I don't think I answered even a single question wrong. The interviewer wished Good Luck for the next rounds and asked me to wait for the HR. HR had least idea about this interview process and came back after an hour saying that you shouldn't have waited as it was a mini drive and no further rounds are scheduled for the day. I asked when would I get my feedback to which she said that it would be available in next 2-3 days. Since then I have been waiting for their mail/calls. They don't even reply to the numerous mail/calls that I sent them in these 2 weeks.
I took a day leave from my company amidst an important release and this is what happened.
P.S. Make sure in advance how many rounds of interview are they gonna take on the 1st day.

Q: The interviewer asked about my current roles and responsibilities, use cases, SQL, some Finance terms, various types of Fixed Income Securities, challenges that I have faced in my current role and how did I tackle them. The interviewer also briefed me about the project, team structure, roles and responsibilities.
