The hiring process was very simple and very quick. I believe my situation was a bit more unique than others applying in other areas. I only had a 1:1 interview. I also got to talk with 2 other employees to ask questions and they explained their experience at Fidelity. The interview was pretty straightforward as the manager only asked me questions about my resume and why I thought I would be good in the role. I received a call 3 days after the interview telling me I had been hired. It took 2 weeks to start work after that and I had to complete a drug test and background check.
