J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Fidelity Investments en juill. 2015
Entretien
First I received a call and an email from a recruiter. I had to record a video of myself (through automated software) answering basic questions. Next, I had a phone interview with the recruiter. She was rude and unprofessional at times. I could hear her making popcorn in the background and she would often cut me off and sternly repeat the question and ask for "ONE SPECIFIC instance" after I gave my example. She did this multiple times. After that we scheduled another phone interview with two managers from the site I applied to. This interview should've been in person, so it was a red flag that it was over the phone. I don't think the recruiter liked me (maybe she was having a bad day) and it definitely hurt my chances of getting the job because I didn't get to speak in-person with the managers. The managers were very friendly and we got along great, but not being there in person definitely looked bad. After I was declined the position, the recruiter left a voicemail welcoming me to call back for constructive criticism. I left 2 messages and emailed her and I never heard back from her. I truly think I did not get the job because of the recruiter. I was extremely prepared and confident for this interview (my friend referred me and prepared me with all the questions beforehand) and since I never received feedback I feel the recruiter simply did not like me.
Most questions were behavioral based and asked you to provide examples from previous experience (jobs, college, extracurricular, etc.). There were a couple of repeated questions between the 2 interviews so prepare multiple answers.

Brief 13 minute phone call (interviewer showed up late). Interview was very rushed and unprofessional, interviewer cut me off multiple times and did not give me an opportunity to ask him any questions. Keep in mind I was recommended to him by a branch manager. Very disappointed by this first interview round! Besides the interviews extreme haste, the interview went well. Use STAR method and you'll be ok.

Basic behavioral interview in a laid back setting. None of the questions were difficult and it was mostly conversational. Very few finance related questions and more about your ability to be a good communicator.
