There were total 3 rounds, one with HR, followed by a Director and Squad Leader. The last round was in person in their office with a Director and Squad Leader.

There were multiple questions on scenario based on how did you manage a difficult stakeholder, missed feature requirements, how did you take part in testing, about previous experience, requirement gatherings, functional specifications, BRD etc.

It was two rounds of behavioral questions, mainly talking about past projects I worked on, situational questions like how would you handle working with a difficult coworker or being brought on to a project late, asked about my technical experience as well
