The Interim HR Manager has the candidates meet w/3 people separately,Controller,person you are replacing (she's a sweetheart) & Finance VP, an hour for each. 30 minutes each would suffice. Controller lacked in personality & Controller & VP are not on the same page w/direction of the position.
