Standard interview process, asked sensitive questions about my current employer pay structure. which was weird to me otherwise OK interviews. role description was super vague sorta seemed like they didn't know what they were even hiring for either. got to the last round and was not offered a role however had lost interest by the 3rd round of interviews.
