After screening my CV and be accepted a HR rep call me to schedule a Skype interview with her, just to speak a little bit more about me and the company. After successfully pass this interview, I had a final interview with the specific team responsible of this internship position.

Entretien
In total 4 interviews in the span of a few months.
1st with HR (assistant?)
2nd with HR manager and future manager (incl excel test during the interview)
3rd with future manager, team leader and HR manager (incl logical thinking test during the interview)
4rd more informal interview/talk with all three and CEO
process felt very long and exhausting but they emphasized that they are very particular on finding a good personality match for the team.
