Interviewed with the Pennsburg, PA location. The interview was at Starbucks. The interviewer was 25 minutes late. Her apology was that shes always late for everything. At that point she left me waiting again to order food. The interviewer told me the reason that we had to meet at Starbucks was because she was terminating the person in the current role the next day so they didn't want her to know. It was a pretty informal interview. I was told I was a good fit and she needed someone with a better understanding of accounting and that I had that. She asked me the rate that I currently made. She said she would have to talk to some people and get back to me. She said she would call me either way. She seemed really interested in my skills. She also wanted to hire someone right away. In a few days I didn't hear anything. I messaged the interviewer. She totally ignored me and didn't have the courtesy to respond. If they decided on someone else. Just say that. It doesn't have to be a game. If you say you're going to let someone know either way, then you should. If you have no intention of doing that just say, if we are interested we will call you. I surmise they found someone cheaper. Totally unprofessional and wasted my time.
