Hello, this is Megan; I want to thank you for your feedback and I humbly apologize that this is the impression I left you with about our company. With almost 1/2 of our FSS W2 Technicians having 10+ years tenure with us, I honestly feel this interview was simply a miss-communication on my part and I am embarrassed for my ineffectiveness in my communications, and truly sorry that our conversation left you feeling negatively about our company instead of shedding a more positive and accurate light on what a great company FSS is to work for.
