Very lengthy and intense interview process. They do a one on one with the manager that can take up to 4 hours, then you have to do a 1on1 with the regional manager, then another 1on1 with a regional manager. They also do a meeting with you and your spouse at your house. It felt like I was applying for a cult.

Lengthy conversations about life style, upbringing, work ethic, leadership and competitiveness. I am still currently going through the interview process but this has been the basis of most of the questioning so far. They were very open about everything so far and gave me plenty of time to ask questions myself.

Long process that is very in-depth. Will want to meet spouse or parents. 6 month process that is 4-5 interviews. They will want to know multiple references and they will want you to get licensed before hire.
