Started with a 20-30 minute phone interview where I spoke with an HR rep and was asked mostly personal questions. The basics; why do you want to work here? Are you ok with moving to the area? After a week I was asked to come for an on site interview. It was scheduled for a couple weeks later. There, I spoke with an HR rep and she gave me two written, timed tests. The first was fairly difficult. Lots of variables and choosing equations that would solved a given scenario. The second was much easier, mostly following logic. After the tests I was given a tour, and then met with two managers to whom I spoke about 45 minutes each. No technical quiestions, just personal stuff. Lots of “what would you do in this scenario?” Or “describe a time when ...” After a week or so I was asked to come for another interview. This one involved an hour long job shadow, and and two 45 minutes long interviews with the heads of the department. Worth noting that I was not asked one technical question the entire interview process. It seemed like they were making sure I was 100% certain I wanted to work there more than they were checking if I would be competent enough to work. A week later I was offered a spot which I accepted. Overall it’s a very long process, but considering it’s a position you should be interviewing for in your last semester of college, it should be a problem.

Initial phone interview with HR through Microsoft teams (behavior questions), pattern recognition pre-employment assessment(online15 minutes 50 questions), and 2.5-hour on-site behaviour interviews with manager/director+job shadowing. No technical questions. The whole process is very new graduate friendly.
