Very long interview process. Was initially given a phone interview, then in person interview consisting of mostly behavioral questions, then a shadowing day in the office lasting 7 hours. Still have more interviews to go.

When were you forced to make a difficult decision?
It was very informative but super involved for what is ultimately an entry level position. I do still feel like it’s hard to prepare a person for the claims world, which is rough, but I didn’t go in completely blind.

Entretien
The initial interview lasted over 45 minutes and was very friendly. The conversation was more in-depth than expected, focusing mainly on my previous experience with detailed questions about my background and skills.

Excellent and thorough review process. I felt that I was able to know the company very well before deciding whether to pursue. They clearly got to know me very well with questions focused on examples of experiences I have had.
