Very straightforward. Pre screen, then onto the HR interview, then an interview with the VP. Good explanation of the job duties and benefits. All and all the process took less than a week between all three. The issue was the offer. I was asked what sort of salary I was expecting for the position. I answered and was told that my demands were in line with what they expected. At the final step with the VP he said the offer would be 20% less than what I was told the range would be.
