2 interviews. A few basic questions. Pretty much hire anyone who knows how to use computers, printers, etc. If you don’t know a lot about any of those you’ll have a hard time with the job.

First there was a phone interview where I was asked about why I wanted this position. Next was an in person interview with my center manager. I was asked about prior positions and why I left my previous job. Then I met with a regional manager to see if I was fit for this position.
