Very Easy.. The AR location call and set up you interview. The Manager or Assistant manger conducts the interview. They ask Senerio question.. Then there is a math portion.. Count boxes on pallet. Read signs on the paper. It is very straight forward if you can drive lift and read...

You walk into the front desk and sign in and wait to be seen by the interviewer. Once seen you begin the interview. Followed by questions. Bam interview is done

Meet with employer. Talk for a minute and then they take you on your dock tour. They described the type of job it is and what you would be doing. He explains everything about the company and pay rate.
