I submitted an application and within a few days did a phone screening. After that was a zoom call with two different CS Leads. The recruiter never reached out to me again and after a week I sent a follow up email where she told me that there hadn’t been any shifts available at that time. Very poor communication on their part.

A recruiter reached out via phone call first and gave a little more info on the position and asked screening questions. I then had four zoom interviews and was told that someone would reach out to me. I waited weeks and never heard back at all.
