I was contacted by a Recruiting Coordinator who set up a phone interview with a Senior Lead Recruiter. After that phone interview I was set up with another phone interview with the Marketing Manager. I have not heard back since.

I was scheduled for a phone interview, and waited 30 minutes before I sent an email asking if I was still on the interview schedule because I had not received a call. I was told the recruiter was stuck in a meeting. I rescheduled for the next week. I then received an email that she would be in another meeting and would have to reschedule for two weeks out. At this time I noticed the job posting had been removed from their website, and asked if the position had been filled. I was assured that the position had not been filled and that I was wanted for an interview. I finally receive a call from the recruiter three weeks after my initial interview, and she let me know the position had already been filled. She let me know I could apply for an much lower paying job to “get my foot in the door.” I took off work twice to be in a quiet environment for these interviews. The company seemed very unorganized, unprofessional, and I was extremely disappointed.
