Pros : Initially went very smoothly, phone then panel interview. Cons: 3+ hour panel interview where my most important question was not answered. I was told that I would get an answer the following week yet never did which was very disappointing

Very professional and respectful. They were very clear on timeline and followed it. Allowed for time to make decision. Finally they were very easy to work with and very respectful of my decision.
