Working with a recruiter there were several steps. 1) FaceTime interview with recruiter; 2) Phone interview with company rep; 3) Completion of paperwork, assessments and hand writing analysis; 4) In person interview with two regional sales managers; 5) Interview with 6-10 senior management people typically in groups of 3-5 on 1. Required to created and lead a sales presentation to the team.

Question 1
Typical interview type questions. Nothing shocking or different than you would expect. The only "different" items would be the hand writing analysis (both printing and script), the "Mad Lib" type assessment and the sales presentation to the senior leadership.
