Phone screen then a video call. I learned they did not move forward with me when they called me on the phone after the interview. I would've rather received that news in an email, as I felt put on the spot like I had an audience. I wasn't even given specific feedback. It was also surprising to get that news over the phone-normally getting called back after an interview means you're expecting good news.
