Step one was a phone call with the tech lead of the company, then a take-home coding exercise, then the in-person interview at the company.
Overall the interview process was very positive, and even though I didn't get the position, I cannot say enough about how easy the process was. After I was told the interview wouldn't continue over lunch, the tech lead for the company (the one in charge of the interview) went over in detail why I wasn't right for the position, what he was looking for, and advice for how to improve for the next interview and what types of positions he'd recommend I target to see more success (his advice was spot-on btw and less than a month later I had an offer from a different company).
A very positive experience overall, and even though I didn't get past the interview stage, it seems like a great place to work.
