Seemed like they had one day for everyone to interview with how much traffic was in the office for this reason. Was asked to fill out a general information form (pretty much to rewrite your resume and have 3 references on hand). Lead to a computer for a set of "words per minute" tests on what looked like a children's website. Asked to wait until a representative was available for an in-person interview. The actual interview was relatively short and lasted only a few minutes.
