First interview was screening with HR, which is usual questions. Followed by an evaluation form sent online. 2nd round was in person for Toronto (position was based here). It was technical & culture. Technical was shear force bending moment, deflected shapes. Culture was usual standard HR questions. 3rd final round is with company top management for leadership.
