I am yet to the second interview however, the first interview is over the phone with a very polite recruiter. The person more or less tries very quickly to get to know you with regards to your expectation for working with FAST and how you would fit within their culture. Then you'll be asked basic programming concepts and definitions. Essentially you got to sell yourself and also be knowledgeable enough for the position. I have my second interview on Thursday in Jamaica, after that would I be able to tell more.
After applying online, I got a phone interview within a week, and my second interview was scheduled for a month after the first interview.
It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.

Apply online then hr call then quick call with recuiter, then final round with behavioral, coding portion and logic questions. was pretty long of a call expect 1hr 30 min to 2 hours on call.

3 intervies
- Initial Screening: 15 minute call to verify you can relocate as needed.
- Behavioral Interview: Basic OOP questions, re-emphasis on if youre willing to relocate, team and customer-facing behavioral questions.
- Technical Interview: Interview with an Implementation Consultant. Iq test, psuedo-code activity, logic questions. Explain resume experience and answer any questions you have.
