Had an 2.5 hour final interview. I was told it would be a series of individuals but it turned out to be one person for the duration of the interview. The person provided great feedback on how I answered all of the questions and acknowledged I understand the scope of the work considering my previous experience. Afterwards, recruiter who was initially pleasant seems disconnected and lacked the initial enthusiasm she showed me. Having precious recruiting experience, I felt for a moment that they already filled this position and were intentionally wasting my time for numbers. Within a week I received a short and vague ‘we are no longer moving forward with your application’ email. When I asked for feedback I was told there was no feedback to be provided ‘thank you for the time you dedicated to this interview’ Although I used PTO to commit to this interview, I am thankful as this seems more like a blessing

It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.
