Very easy process, I was introduced at my College Career Fair and had a short conversation with the recruiter. Was then scheduled for an interview the next morning. Typical 30 minute get to know you interview and was then scheduled for a second interview at their headquarters in Denver. Denver interview was even shorter and concluded with an office tour.

Question 1
They'll make you take a 30 question quiz that has a bunch of multiple choice math and analytic questions. You have 30 minutes to complete it.
I applied through their job board and submitted my application. They got back to me very quickly for an interview, especially considering the job had been posted for months. The interview tested how you would approach a situation, asking questions about your resume, and determining if you were a good fit.

Very quick turnaround from the recruiter. 1 on 1 interview with a recruiter. Was then reached out to to schedule a final round interview. 2 on 1 for final interview.

Had you take a weird test, asked questions about how you would respond in different situations, had mind games at the end to see how you work through problems.
They ask behavioral questions like skills you think a training coordinator should have and walk me through a project you liked. Are you willing to relocate? It was a 30 minute preliminary interview. They asked how you organize yourself.
