I was recruited at my campus career fair. I already knew who the company was, as they had come into some of my classes. The interview took place the next day on campus. A 30 minute Mensa/IQ test was given along with a behavioral follow up question period. I did not pass that interview, but was told I would be a good fit for a different position (Training Coordinator). I applied for the new position online.
Went through two phone interviews for the Training Coordinator position. The first was your typical HR screening, the HR representative also had worked as a Training Coordinator so was able to give me some more insight into the position. Second interview was position specific, and spoke with an established Training Coordinator at the company.
Was asked to fly to HQ about a week later, and had an on-site interview at Fast Headquarters in Colorado. Had a tour of HQ right of the bat, then a behavioral interview with another Training Coordinator. As part of the interview I was asked to solve a riddle on the whiteboard, look around online for examples and practice. I did not have to do the Mensa/IQ test again, but I know other candidates usually do that onsite. There are lots of resources online to prepare for that. I was also asked to develop a lesson plan in 5 minutes, then have 5 minutes to teach my interviewer something. They are looking for your ability to break down complex concepts and communicate them effectively, so pick something you are good at. I chose to teach my interviewer how to march roll-step style that most marching bands use these days.
I was invited to lunch following my interview, which is a good indication of getting hired. I received the offer via phone and email a couple days later.

Question 1
Describe a time someone disagreed with you and how you worked through it.
I applied through their job board and submitted my application. They got back to me very quickly for an interview, especially considering the job had been posted for months. The interview tested how you would approach a situation, asking questions about your resume, and determining if you were a good fit.

Question 1
Had you take a weird test, asked questions about how you would respond in different situations, had mind games at the end to see how you work through problems.
They ask behavioral questions like skills you think a training coordinator should have and walk me through a project you liked. Are you willing to relocate? It was a 30 minute preliminary interview. They asked how you organize yourself.
