I did a preliminary phone interview with a recruiter and another employee that was fairly basic and covered a couple technical topics like OOP and SQL. After that, FAST flew me to Colorado to do an in-person interview. The HR rep who greeted me was extremely nice and hospitable. I then did a 30 question MENSA-like test which gives them an idea of your general knowledge and problem solving/logical skills. Next, I interviewed with an employee who worked on the technical side. He seemed very disinterested and dry which made him difficult to talk to. However, that was really the only negative I could take from the experience. We talked through my transcript and about my past internship experience which was fairly easy. Then, he had me do four problems on the white board. Two of them I found pretty difficult but he guided me through it until I found the answer. Once this was complete I was invited to lunch with an Implementation Consultant. From what I've gathered on Glassdoor combined with my experience, if they invite you to lunch then there's a pretty good sign you will get an offer. The IC was super nice and gave me a lot of good information about the Company and the culture. Then I went back to the hotel and flew home later that day. I'm excited to start in the next couple weeks or so!
