I attended a career fair and was asked onsite for a next day interview. The interview consisted of two parts: a test and a behavioral interview. Each part was 30 minutes each. The test seemed similar to SAT type questions, and then a coding question on the back. The behavioral part was with two people and it was more of a conversation. After that they told me that I would hear back in a couple or weeks about if I would move forward.
It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.

- Initial Screening: 15 minute call to verify you can relocate as needed.
- Behavioral Interview: Basic OOP questions, re-emphasis on if youre willing to relocate, team and customer-facing behavioral questions.
- Technical Interview: Interview with an Implementation Consultant. Iq test, psuedo-code activity, logic questions. Explain resume experience and answer any questions you have.
