it was a lengthy process but if you do the research you will be fine.
first interview is a phone interview, and really they just want to confirm that you would be okay with moving a lot.
second interview was a phone interview and this is with a current fast employee, this is an opportunity for you to ask questions to.
up to this point I thought the interviews for easy and then I was invited for the third interview. just like other said, they fly you out and pay for everything including the hotel. first you get a tour of headquarters, and then you have a brief interview with some questions with the recruiter. then you take an IQ test or you have 30 minutes to answer 30 questions but honestly it doesn't matter if he get that answers right it's more they want to see how you think and how you can handle problems. then a staff member from the training team did an interview. and then like others mentioned, you get 5 minutes to prep to teach a 5 minute lesson. I'm really thankful that I read other reviews about this interview and because of it I used some of my preschool background and taught a children song in ASL.
so far the theory holds true, I had my interview in the afternoon and they invited me to dinner. a staff member took me out to dinner and paid for it, this was an opportunity for me to ask any questions I have about the company and she said none of my questions would get back to the staff in case there was something more specific or personal you wanted to ask. I got an offer about two weeks later, the whole process took about 2 months but this was also during the holidays
I applied through their job board and submitted my application. They got back to me very quickly for an interview, especially considering the job had been posted for months. The interview tested how you would approach a situation, asking questions about your resume, and determining if you were a good fit.

Very quick turnaround from the recruiter. 1 on 1 interview with a recruiter. Was then reached out to to schedule a final round interview. 2 on 1 for final interview.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Had you take a weird test, asked questions about how you would respond in different situations, had mind games at the end to see how you work through problems.
They ask behavioral questions like skills you think a training coordinator should have and walk me through a project you liked. Are you willing to relocate? It was a 30 minute preliminary interview. They asked how you organize yourself.
