They reached out to me on linkedin. It was a super easy interview. They then flew me out to Colorado and gave me more simple questions. Although i did have problems solving their scrambled word problems the math questions were easy. Fortunately, i did not get the job. After visiting their headquarters i did notice a lack of diversity and also the role of an implementation consultant was not that appealing. They do not have joint projects and thus you would only be strictly working on their software(tax, dmv ...). You would be only implementing proprietary software. If you had a good understanding on the courses offered for CS majors then you would probably not learn more as an implementation consultant. I already have a job with a real tech company so this interview was literally a waste of my time. If you like CS don't apply for this job. An implementation consultant role is more suited for MIS majors.
It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.
