Vision is not clear, founder is too greedy,
"Quality Assurance Engineer interview"
HR deptartment don't know what Recruitment panel wants, panel don't know what founder wants and founder does't know what technology is or can't judge.
I have gone through with 7 round and in 8th, the last round they rejected me telling that my communication is not good and I have different industry experience.
Wasted my 24days because of silly reason.
I had some simple questions regarding my feedback for which they didn't give clarification.
1. If my industry experience was not valid, why would they selected my profile.
Or
If they have selected the profile, why they didn't eliminated me in first 7 rounds? which I had with different people and stakeholders.
2. If my communication was a problem then, I have communicated with 6 people, almost 30%(total strength is 20-24) of their company's strength.
Why anyone didn't catch it earlier?
3. If I was not a good fit, why you asked me make a report on your app.
I am an ISTQB certified software tester working in Game Show Network pvt. Ltd. (Sony Pictures Entertainment Company)
Suggestion: please do some research or clear your requirements to your panels before wasting others time.
I did not find their portfolio in glassdoor,
Once that will be there, I'll post everything in detail

3 rounds , 1st is screening round with basic concepts and aptitude. 2nd is deep into technical, 3rd is culture fit , technical round focused on projects and programming, and previous experience.
