I have applied to open positions at Farm Boy several times. It must be some HR rule to call every applicant back, because each time I was contacted, however they are notorious for ghosting their applicants, never following through and leaving candidates high and dry. For example, they email a request for a time to interview over the phone, and after responding, I never hear back. I have previous retail experience, however I will never apply there again as a result. A waste of time. HR/Admin, why are you like this?
The interview process was simple and friendly. The interviewer asked about my previous customer service experience, my availability, and why I wanted to work at Farm Boy. The conversation was professional and clear, and I felt comfortable answering the questions.

It was difficult to schedule with their system and staff ignored stated restrictions on timing but the interview itself was good with the interviewer being very engaged and other staff being friendly
