J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez FareHarbor en mars 2025
Entretien
- A call with HR. General questions about my background
- Coding 1. A live-coding assessment, where I had to write code to create a React component that met the stated specifications.
- System Design. High-level whiteboard talk about how I'd implement a component to meet specifications.
- Coding 2. A LeetCode style live-coding interview.
Everything went fine until Coding 2, which I bombed honestly. The task involved performing a BFS on a graph, something that I've never had to do in front-end work and felt more like a test of memorization than practical problem-solving. It was also telling that the interview was conducted by two back-end engineers rather than anyone from the front-end team.
