      Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez FareHarbor (New York, NY)

      So much time asked for a mid level job. Screener call, 90 minute video interview. Than a project that has hours worth of questions that focuses on some day to day, overall understanding of FH, but did not allow demonstration against the level of technology they were looking for. I was then given a follow up interview about the work submitted in which I got a singular comment back on. After hours of work interviewing, I got a six sentence rejection email with no feedback. If you are demanding this much time from your applicants on such a low paying position and returning zero time back just because you aren't hiring them, consider this a bullet dodged for me. Be better!

While our interview process does often include several steps, we use this process to ensure that each candidate gets a fair and balanced interview and that we are giving an accurate portrayal of the job responsibilities, team, and FareHarbor. We work closely with the hiring managers and other interviewers to mitigate bias throughout the process and ensure that each step has a clear purpose.
