Applied through LinkedIn, spoke with 1 person over the phone. Then met with a team of 6 people for a video chat. After that I waited for the round of interviews to finish and I was contacted about how to move forward.

Entretien
Got a first 30min phone call with the recruiter. She explained the position, company culture, schedule and asked basic questions (tell me why you’re a good fit, experience with learning softwares ecc)
After 1 week I got a mail to schedule the second interview.
1h video call with the support team (4 people) everyone was friendly and open to answer my questions. I got multiple prospective from everyone.
I got the offer 2 day after.

Entretien
Phone call interview followed by a Zoom interview with a panel from multiple departments. The process was very open and I felt really comfortable discussing my skills and interest for a future at FareHarbor.
