The process was delightful for the first few rounds, but turned bad at the Do Free Work For Us phase. The Solve Our Real World Problems Consulting Project required about 6-8 hours to complete, and was reviewed by disinterested parties hoping to find an obscure "gotcha" to stroke their own ego, rather than evaluating the holistic results. One interviewer repeatedly cut me off and interrupted the presentation, and showed zero interest in conducting a two way interview.
Worse, after working directly with their Top Level HR throughout the process, I was 100% ghosted after four weeks of indecision and excuses. This is a terrible example for a high level position, as travel tech is a very small industry and candidates will definitely interact with FareHarbor again in the future. Laziness is a terrible way to make new detractors.
