They ghosted me after 2 interviews. I met with VP of Marketing on 9/3/21, still hadn't heard back by 9/14/21 so I emailed him about next steps. He set up a 2nd interview with the demand gen manager that same day. Then on 9/22/21 the VP emailed me saying they were finishing their second round of interviews and they appreciated my patience. But he never got back to me after that! After 2 interviews, I would've expected them to tell me if I didn't get the job.
