The interview process consisted of a single virtual interview with a Fannie Mae employee. There are no multiple round interviews, no phone screen, or any assessments in the process. HR was very quick to respond and flexible during the process.

It was very smooth and easy. I applied online and they reached out to me within 2 to 3 weeks to schedule an interview online. Once I completed my interview, they contacted me the next day by phone and offered me a position as a Business Analyst Intern. The interviewer was friendly and nice. The whole process wasn’t stressful and was well worth it.
