I had a short one-on-one conversation with another manager, and then I had a panel interview with 3 potential teammates and my to-be boss (a director). In the panel interview, it was a portfolio review, where I showed my previous work and walked through my approach to work. The panel asked questions and also shared high-level what their team does and what this role would need to do.
