Phone, In-person. Called by the temp agency. Short Listed. Call in for interview with other 50 people. Selected only 5. Knowledge test before interview. Interview composted of 3 manager asking questions about previous work experience and knowledge. Easy to work with, personality.

I went through a friend that got hired by a recruiter- head hunter. I applied for the position and went through the first phase of submission of paper work, then got call that I would have interview with a manager,
