The entire process from being contacted for an initial interview to being made an offer took 6 weeks. The first round was a phone call with a recruiter, the second round was a video call with the hiring manager, and the third round was two additional video calls with employees who collaborate with this position. I declined the offer because multiple team members mentioned frequently working late hours and weekends. When I expressed that being a concern to the hiring manager when I declined the offer they ultimately told me they are looking for someone else who is willing to be prepared for more work than they thought I was.
