I applied through the employee referral program. The first interview was with the recruiter for the position, based in California (the position is in Florida). We spoke for nearly an hour in which I learned much about the company and their goals and I relayed all of the relevant experience I had. About 2 weeks later I interviewed with the hiring manager in which there were several scenario based questions, if I liked sports, etc. Was told before the end of the interview that they would set up a final interview either via skype or they would fly me out for an on-site. I gave them about a week until I followed up and got a response about 2 weeks later saying that they weren't proceeding with the hiring process. Was a bit of a shock, as I was explicitly told there would be another interview. Not very please with the communication along the way and the false information I was given.
