The interview process at Fanatics was incredibly streamlined and well thought out from beginning to end. The first round is a call with a recruiter to go over things like role fit and background. The second round is a technical with a senior engineer where there was a 2 part problem with a leetcode-style puzzle. First part was doable, second part is more difficult and compounds on the first part. The senior engineer was really good at walking me through the problem when I got stuck. Finally, there is a 2 part final, 1 hour each with managers/stakeholders you would work with. Mostly behavioral questions like "tell me about a time you...." My recruiter was a pleasure to work with and I was well aware of expectations for each round during the entire process. Communication was swift and reliable. While declined the offer, I cannot recommend the recruiter and the interview process with Fanatics enough. Great candidate experience
