Easy interview. Seemed like nice folks. Pay was abysmal lol. They offered 45k, which is significantly under market value, even in Fresno. Took that as a red flag that they don't respect their employees and declined the offer.

You will talk to multiple people during the interview. The first one is the least technical. The next couple will be slightly more technical. You may have one more after that. The focus is on your ability to learn and retain development skills along with your ability to work as the member of the team.
