Entretien
Famous was taking applications at theri construction shack on site of a new restaurant. I came in with resume, letter of interest, references and sincere desire to work. I told the interviewer I was interested in a management position. He took my documents and went to a coffee shop where the GM was conductiong interviews. I met whit the GM for about 45 minutes. He asked about my experience as a restaurant owner, my 20 plus years of management experience and my goals and some P&L Questions related to expense control. He was very plesant and although relaxed he was professional. He said he had one other candidate he was interested and would let me know his decision the following week. That interview was 6 weeks ago and I have not heard back, although I can guess the status of my candidacy.

Entretien
very long drawn out for months, first manager was fired who interviewed me, then I was hired by owner after a few phone interviews and a trip out of state. Very odd and drawn out process.
