It was 3 round interview process. First round was an assignment regarding product analysis with a deadline of 1 week. The next 2 rounds were face to face meetings with senior members at Fam who asked technical, behavioural, and cultural fit based questions. It was a great experience with fast follow ups and clear communication.

The interview process began with an initial application, followed by an assignment that focused on product thinking and data analysis. Once the assignment was submitted, there was a technical round where the assignment was received in detail, and I was asked related questions. After clearing that, I had a culture fir round to assess alignment with the team and company values.
