Was brought into the studio to discuss the nature of the role and ideas I had for it in an informal way. They ran through my CV and asked me questions about other roles and projects I had worked on. They were particularly interested in my approach to project management and seemed to be trying to identify how adaptable I was to new workflows and project management styles.

Initial interview was by phone, conducted by 2 Senior Producers over loudspeaker. Questions were specific to the role and the the interviewees were friendly and interested. The follow up interview was on location at their offices. The interview was to the point and interviewees emphasised questions about the client facing aspect of the role.
