The interview process was very clear communicated and straight forward: after an initial short zoom interview, a logigcal & bahvioral test needed to be conducted and the results where the conversation starter for the 2nd longer interview in person. Next to the hiring manager there was also a HR manager who guided the conversation in a way that it didn't feel like a targetting interview - felt very seen and appreciated during the whole process.
