Submitted an application for a management role. Got a call back about a week later, asking if I'd like to interview for a role supervised by the one I had applied for. Interview goes well, and I'm told by the interviewer that they'll be in contact shortly to arrange a 2nd round interview. This never happens, the employer just ghosted.
